Our Non-Profit Approach

The St. Louis Gamers is a not-for-profit, mission based program. 100% of the revenues to the

Gamer program, including fees and sponsorships, go directly to support the mission of our program, and cover team costs like professional instruction, practice facilities, tournament fees, league fees, uniforms, etc...

There is no hidden cost or “profit” in the price of the program. 100% of the program price goes directly to pay for the expenses of developing baseball players and teaching life lessons to young men.  There is no profit skimmed off the top for program administrators and "names" that no one ever sees.

Mark Gallion, the Executive Director of the Program, volunteers his time to administer the program and coach.  He gets zero compensation from the Gamers.  The creates clarity of mission and a standard of giving back that drives the organization.  We are in this for the right reasons.

The Gamer program is not owned by a baseball training business. Gamer teams will get the best instruction, at the best facilities, from instructors who have years of professional baseball experience and are good role models.

We have chosen to use All-Star Performance as the Gamer’s indoor training facility because All-Star is the largest, most well equipped facility in the St. Louis region.  All-Star's ownership group supports the Gamers mission and has a standard of excellence that matches our program.

Although there are over 100 hours of professional instruction included in the Gamer team program, we understand that some players may want to continue with individual instruction. In the Gamer program, players will not be forced to do individual or group lessons with specific instructors or at specific facilities.
